ADOA’s Work/Life program offers State employees discounts on many services throughout Arizona.  After activating your employee discount card online, you can take advantage of the many discounts Work/Life offers, including discounted gym memberships throughout the state.  The following is a list of gyms currently offering reduced rates to State employees:

• At Home Fitness – Chandler, Scottsdale, and Tolleson locations

• Body Parts Health and Fitness – Tucson location

• Club 50 Fitness – Prescott Valley location

• Curves – 96 locations throughout the state

• Cuts Fitness for Men – Casa Grande and Scottsdale locations

• Dumbells Fitness Studio – Phoenix location

• Edge Fitness – Scottsdale location

• Fitness Experience – Scottsdale location

• Gold’s Gym – 10 locations throughout the state

• Liberty Fitness – Avondale and Scottsdale locations

• Mountainside Fitness – Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Surprise locations

• My Gym Children’s Fitness Center – Glendale and Scottsdale locations

• Planet Fitness – Tempe location

• Pure Fitness – Chandler, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe locations

To find a gym near you!

1)  Visit the Work/Life website at http://www.hr.state.az.us/worklife/.
2)  On the left sidebar, click the “New Programs” tab.
3)  Click on the “Employee Discount” link.
4)  Click on the “Employee Discount Website” link.
5)  Log in by entering your employee discount card number.
6)  Enter your zip code or city and select “Health and Beauty” as the category OR select the  
     “Advanced Search” link and search by keyword and/or specific distance from a
      zip code.

After logging on to the Work/Life employee discount website, search for gyms in your area, print your coupon, and redeem your gym discount today!
