Chair Massage

National StresStation provides low cost therapeutic massage at in the workplace. The benefits of therapeutic massage are well documented and most greatly associated with reduced stress levels. Even a 15-30 minute massage can reduce the mental effects of stress, relieve discomfort associated with repetitive tasks, increase clarity and productivity, and thus reducing burnout and stress related diseases.

Cost: $10 for 15 minute session and $20 for 30 minute session

Length: Individual appointments are made in 15 and 30 minute sessions. Typically, this service is scheduled for several hours at a worksite. Best times, dates, and length of services can be discussed with National StresStation.
