Welcome to the Arizona Benefit Options (AzBO) program for University Employees. This site provides a “one-stop shop” for all of your benefit needs. University Employees are entitled to a wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellness, life insurance for members and dependents, short and long-term disability, and flexible spending accounts.
New Hires - University Employees
Newly-hired and reinstated employees must enroll in benefits coverage within 31 days of their date of hire or reinstatement. There are no exceptions. If you are nearing the end of your 31-day enrollment period and are not able to enroll electronically, contact your agency benefit liaison before the 31-day enrollment period has elapsed.
You must contact your agency or University human resources office.
