Welcome, Retiree!
All State employees who retire and are receiving income from a recognized retirement program of this state and opt upon retirement to enroll or continue enrollment in the Benefit Options Program (group health plan for active employees) are eligible. You must enroll no later than 30 days after your retirement.
More detailed information and forms can be obtained from the ADOA Benefits Retiree Representative or Agency and University Benefit Liaisons. The retiree enrollment form must be returned in a timely fashion to enroll in ADOA's Benefit Options Program for retirees and LTD participants.
